About us
The Ten Feet Tall Project is another ambitious offering from social innovator and thinker Josephine Nzerem. A known name in Nigeria and beyond, Jospehine has dedicated her life to women's' empowerment, winning several awards and an Ashoka Fellowship along the way.
This is an idea, a project by Nzerem aimed at providing strategic help & support to women who are interested in taking their career and their life to the next level.
From basic business skills to life skills, to networking sessions and being mentored by other women The Ten Feet Project is envisioned as a life changing immersive experience for all women....starting in Nigeria!

B-School Certification
A rigorous multi-session certification course on basic business and life skills. Attend in-person sessions and work with facilitators who will familiarize you with business terms, plans and guide you into maintaining a life-work balance

Development & Networking
Attend our TFT Cafes for some real world experience. Meet peers, others like you, as well as mentors and women who have successful careers. Meet women with rich life experiences as they talk to the group about how they navigate life, business and how they learnt to strike a balance between the two.

Mentoring Sessions
